docs(35-01): complete plan with SUMMARY and STATE update
Summary highlights:
- 3-minute TDD execution (RED → GREEN)
- 22 tests, 100% pass rate
- 8 node types, 15 binary fields covered
- stripBinaryData() exported for client use
- Enhanced buildWorkflowContext() with full parameters
- Metadata placeholders: [image: 1024x768, 245KB] format
State updates:
- Phase 35 plan 01 complete

- Added binary stripping decisions to Accumulated Context
